Course program

  • Applications of genomic (microarray analysis, next-generation sequencing analysis) on diagnosis, prognosis and therapy of oncologic diseases.
  • Applications of genotypization : analysis of genetic variants, correlations genotype-disease, forensic medicine and pharmacogenomic.
  • Breakthrough tools for epigenetic studies.

 

Practical training

Preparation and discussion of selected scientific papers.
